Planning to rent or sell?

Are you about to put your property on the market, or introducing a rental property?

I am a painter and decorator first, but will also manage full make-overs. New skirting, plastering and rendering, carpentry, repairing paths and steps, plumbing, tiling and small building projects. If I can’t do it, I have a friend in the trade that does.

Each of these projects would have to be assessed on a case by case basis. Price would usually be on a price per day basis and some specialist trades may charge more.
