Room Refresh

Do you have a room that is a little tired looking. Hand marks, re-hung pictures, new tenant arriving soon, first impressions are not what they used to be. Then a refresh is the perfect option.

Walls (two coats) and ceiling; or Walls (2 coats) and skirting and architrave. Same colour and same finish. Light sanding and/or keying in included.

Usually completed in 1 day + preparation time.

Size, height and complexity of a room can alter preparation and painting time.

£240 per day.

Like New Decoration

Much of Bristol’s housing stock has been around for a long time. Cracks in plaster, over-painted telephone cables, wear & tear, shrinking caulk lines and sloppy finishes from previous decoration projects can leave a property looking tired and shabby. In most cases these imperfections can be a thing of the past, and your property can be returned to flat, crisp lines and smooth surfaces.

Careful preparation, meticulous repairs and quality products and craftmanship will return your property to “Insta-ready” surfaces. All you need to do is arrange the furniture, hang the curtains and dress the room.

Prices start from £300 per room - each room needs to be inspected for preparation work.

Full make-over

Does your room or part of your property need a full make-over?

I am a painter and decorator first, but will also manage full make-overs. New skirting, plastering and rendering, carpentry, repairing paths and steps, plumbing, tiling and small building projects. If I can’t do it, I have a friend in the trade that does.

Each of these projects would have to be assessed on a case by case basis. Price would usually be on a price per day basis: £240 per day plus and materials or outlays. Some specialist trades may charge more.
